How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive shipping updates up until delivery through your email. A confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as an order's been placed. An email should send when your item has been shipped, and another when it's been delivered. 

Where is my confirmation email?

Uh oh! You might have given us the wrong address, or something went wrong. Login to your Maymay Grace account to double check your email.

When will my order be shipped? 

Within (48) hours of receiving your processed payment, we will ship your item out of our Texas location. We do not ship on weekends and your shipment should arrive between 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.

Do you have any sales?

All of our promotions and discounts will be personally sent to you in your order, or on our social media platforms and email announcements. Make sure to subscribe to our email listing and follow us on Instagram!

Can I purchase Maymay Grace Jewelry at another location?

We currently are operating online only. We hope in the future to be in stores! Check our social platforms for potential pop up- locations.

All purchases have a 20% profit donation that go directly towards the WomenforWomen.org charity. This donation will help women of war and conflict rebuild their lives.
